The Purpose of IWIL
The purpose of IWIL is to be a noticeable demonstration of concern, involvement, education and service to individuals and communities in ways that will impact individuals and communities in positive transformational ways.
How Will We Go?
Into the lives of individuals and into the heart of communities with the intentions of letting them know that they are valued and we care. We will go with the mindset of Christ who went to the hurting, the seeking, the trying, the hiding, the wandering and drew near to them right where they were at in order to demonstrate that they are valued and matter.
To Who Will We Go?
To all individuals in every community or social group. This is not dependent upon ethnicity, gender, economic status or age. As the driving force of our effort to Impact our world we hold fast to the objective of “Go out into “all” the world and teach them all things…” that we’ve observed.
How Will We Impact?
Community Events
(IWIL) will create a common space for communities to come together to experience the joy and benefit of interacting with others in their own community. This will give individuals exposure to encouragement, information and tools that are essential for a lasting transformation.
One on One Interaction
We know “the difference that one life can make.” As a followup to community events, speaking engagements and other engagements done throughout the year, IWIL develop and facilitate means of mentoring individuals who desire or need an Impact Mentor to help with their personal development.
Charitable Work
(IWIL) will serve along side other charitable organizations that focus on specific needs that align with our core values and will support in resources, such as the volunteering of our time and skills. We are also focused on being quite practical in our approach to serving communities in the areas that are lacking. Whether it’s neighbor hood cleanups or clothes closets.
